This is too good not to share.  Although the player here, Nicole Pesce, is a virtuoso pianist we do things like this in lessons to understand both music and musical style.  What is it that defines a player or composer's style and how do they express themselves on the instrument.   To begin doing this we play songs in different keys, tempos and even change the rhythmic feel or time signature.  We will also study players to understand what makes them distinctive.  This will help the student understand composition and improvisation by demonstrating how a piece can be played in different ways.  Enjoy!
