Blackbird intro with alternate picking style

Here is a bit of the intro to Black bird, with our alternate picking approach.  I say alternate because this is not exactly the pattern that the Beatles' Paul McCartney plays on the recorded version.  It is, however a very useful picking style and can be used in a variety of songs, even songs like this that don't use it on the recorded versions.  I have seen many students and players play it this way.
